Marcie Schulz

I am a wife, mother, and a grandmother. I am the founder and Executive Director of River House Ministries, Inc., a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization for Biblical Counseling and Education. I am a speaker, Bible teacher, and licensed biblical/pastoral counselor who is passionate about seeing people set free. ​ After working in the hair industry as a salon owner and cosmetologist for many years, I have seen many broken, hurting people. Some were struggling with the pain from their past: depression, anxiety, discouragement, broken relationships, and believing the lie that they were unworthy, rejected, and abandoned. ​ "I realized that, just like me, these people needed to find hope and healing through Jesus Christ. God gave me a desire to see people set free, just as he had done for me. This called me to start my journey of becoming a Christian Biblical counselor."
