Maren Daniels

Maren Daniels, M.A. Ed., is the author-illustrator of The Elements of Art: An Elementary Teacher’s Guide to Color, Shape, Texture & More. As an artist, Maren enjoys painting with watercolor and gouache, exploring photography, printmaking, drawing, and book-making. Daniels graduated from Augsburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art. She later attended St. Catherine’s University for her Master’s in Art Education. She has been teaching art for seven years. Maren is a public school art teacher in South St. Paul, MN. She lives in Minneapolis with her family. For more information check out marendanielsart. com
