Margaret Snead

Margaret Snead is a registered nurse, wife, and mother. Graduating in 2017 with her bachelor's degree in nursing, Margaret went on to pursue her nursing career in the emergency room, as a school nurse, and in radiation oncology. Margaret continued her studies by obtaining her master's degree in education with an Emphasis in School Health in 2021. She decided to utilize that degree along with her knowledge obtained working as a school nurse to educate children and families dealing with complex health issues, ultimately creating this series "more Than My Diagnosis". Her goal is to teach other children and families about disease processes in a way that is informative yet easy to understand. It is her belief that knowledge can help form stronger relationships between peers as they develop an understanding about what others have going on in their lives.
