Maria DeCerce

Maria is an illustrator, graphic designer, science nerd and self-proclaimed "horse girl". She combines research, narrative, and a knack for art to help people bring their unique perspectives and big ideas out into the world. She enjoys taking on different kinds of projects and has illustrated books, worked on games, drawn storyboards, and painted a live horse to look like a zombie, among other things. She grew up in New Jersey and Florida, now lives in Arizona, and has ridden from one coast to the other on a motorcycle. In addition to working as an artist, she loves working with animals and has two cats, three chickens, several fish, a blue heeler, and a red Welsh pony named Ketchup.
