Mark is the Co-Founder of LCA Recipes and the author of Fresh Asian Flavors and Easy Asian Recipes for Everyone. With over two decades of experience in Asian cooking, Mark began his culinary journey as a child helping his mom in the kitchen and further honed his skills working at the Japanese restaurant, Kitchen Papa. After earning a business degree from UC Berkeley, Mark spent 12 years as a food broker, gaining insight into global food cultures. In 2018, he co-founded LCA Recipes to share his passion for easy, balanced, and Asian-inspired cooking. Mark has created over 500 recipes, each carefully tested and loved by home cooks around the world. Through his cookbooks, he aims to make authentic Asian flavors accessible to everyone.
