Mark Jones

I have been a profesor of criminal justice at East Carolina University since 1993. I have lived in Winterville, North Carolina since 1993. Prior to getting my Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University, I worked as a probation officer for the Georgia Department of Corrections, hence the expertise in community corrections.
