Mark Q. Kerson

Mark is currently marketing his book, The Elements of Building, A Business Handbook For Residential Builders & Tradesmen (published Jan 2014) and taking photographs of houses and parts of houses for a new website. He received an MBA from Eastern University and after nearly forty years working in residential construction—as a carpenter, estimator, and general contractor—he now travels the United States in an RV while researching and writing his next book, Marketing For Residential Builders. Mark is an avid photographer, book reader (recent: The Signal, Carlson; Einstein Dreams, Lightmen; The Grand Design, Hawking; Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, Pirsig), long distance hiker (although not in a couple of years), and is currently studying straw bale house construction and may build one in the next few years.
