Martha C. McNiel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Gilroy, California. For the past twenty-two years, she has directed DreamPower Horsemanship, a nonprofit organization that offers equine-assisted psychotherapy. Martha is a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor, Therapeutic Driving Instructor, and Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning. "Poppy and Daisy’s Big Adventure" is the first book in The DreamPower Tales, a new series of children’s books telling the true stories of animal friends Martha has known at DreamPower and beyond. Her goal is to introduce children to amazing animals who help people in truly remarkable ways.
