Martha Rodriguez

Martha (MJ) Rodriguez taught in the public school system for 21 years and worked with young people and children for years before that in the church and community setting. She was raised in a large family, the youngest of five girls and in the middle of seven boys. Her family had no television and no technology, so as a child she played on the hills and along the creek with her brothers when she wasn’t working in the fields or doing chores. She has always loved to write and has written poems, songs, skits, plays and stories for youth groups and for puppets and clowns used in VBS, church functions and other events.
