Martin Salisbury

Martin Salisbury is Professor of Illustration at Cambridge School of Art in Anglia Ruskin University, where he designed the UK's first MA Children's Book Illustration programme. He trained as an illustrator at art school (a long time ago) and on leaving spent many years working as an illustrator, mostly of non-fiction books for children. He has written a number of books on the subject of illustration and acted as an international jury member for illustration competitions in Bologna, Seoul, Shanghai and Frankfurt.
