Mary Bruno

Mary Bruno is an author, co-founder of the non-profit FAbM Base, speaker, and Certified Creighton Practitioner. She is from New Orleans, Louisiana, where she met and married her husband of eleven years. They adopted their daughter in 2016. A late endometriosis diagnosis inspired Mary to improve fertility awareness and women’s health education through speaking, writing, and social media outreach. Now permanently infertile, her many years of suffering forged deeper conversion and curiosity into understanding her worth and how God calls all women to be fruitful. As a life-long practicing Catholic and ½ of a marriage prep mentor couple, it shocked her to discover how much she didn’t know about intimacy and marriage and set off to gain wisdom and knowledge through the Catechism, conversations with other women, her pelvic floor physical therapist who specializes in intimacy dysfunction, and her trauma-certified counselor to help prepare herself and you for healthy intimacy throughout marriage.
