Mary Cressler writes about food and wine on her website, Vindulge, which received an IACP nomination for Best Individual Blog in 2020 and Best Recipe-Based Blog in 2017. Mary is food writer with credits in Wine Enthusiast, Serious Eats, Weber Grills Online, and a frequent judge for wine competitions. She is a member of the Portland chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier. Mary and her husband founded Ember and Vine, an award-winning catering and events firm specializing in wood-fired cooking in 2015 serving Portland and Oregon wine country. A frequent guest on Portland’s morning television show, AM Northwest, Mary and Sean also teach classes on wine and cooking.
