关于作者

I was born June 9, 1950, in the small coal mining town of Yatesboro, Pennsylvania. I have always loved the history of my roots and stories told to me by my aunts and mother of growing up in this small Western Pennsylvania town in the Appalachian Plateau. My life took different directions and even though I've always loved to write, I never took the time. After retirement and and four years passed by, at the age of 68, I began to write my first novel, 'The Creek Don't Rise'. It is an historical fiction of the Yatesboro area. It took two years to write, and I needed a great amount of help since I had no formal training in writing. Once published, the well-received reception of the book lit my fire to continue writing. I released the sequel, 'Cobwebs a' Plenty' February 2022, which concentrates on Rural Valley and Numine history entwined in another fictional story. I have begun the trilogy which will concentrate on the town of Sagamore. I love writing, I love my roots, and I love sharing the history in a fun way to read it.
