Mat Hadfield

Based in Ehime, Japan, Mat Hadfield is the video production manager at Hadean Press, the host of the Hadean Press podcast and the founder of the Grimorium Verum Study Group. He graduated from Staffordshire University with honours in Film Production Technology in 2008 after focusing on becoming a visual-effects producer. He has since spent over a decade teaching English as a foreign language as a means to fund his explorations of Asia and his insatiable hunger for more books. Mat has a particular love for the Graeco-Egyptian and Grimoire strands of occult thought and practice, and is especially fascinated with the revitalisation of a modern goetic tradition. His written work focuses on the exploration of sorcery as a means of engaging a deeply interwoven ecology of myth, spirit and time with a particular emphasis on a rich integration with the World and all it has to offer us.
