As Co-founder of Operation Dental, Matt began his dental journey at the front desk of a solo practice. Seven years later, he and his partner, Dr. Peter Kelly, DDS, have grown the company to seventeen offices, two-hundred and fifty employees, a full executive team, and Forty Million Dollars in revenue. Operation Dental has been recognized the last three consecutive years as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America. This growth was accomplished by putting people first and entirely without private equity. With an MBA in Marketing and Management from Rollins College, Matt leverages his business acumen with all he's learned during this amazing ride to continue to lead Operation Dental and now provides unique insights in book form to any dental professional looking to grow.
