Matthew Bawerman

Hi! I grew up in the countryside and my love of farming comes from cherished childhood memories with my maternal grandfather. Ever since I was in elementary school, I remember coming to the farm and watching him plow the earth. Everything at the farm seemed very large to a 10-years old boy. I remember my grandfather always scolding me away from grabbing the chicks :) Later in my teenage years, I spent weekends weeding beds and collecting cherries, sitting in the trees. My grandfather and my father always made me feel that farming wasn’t easy but that it was worth it. And after I retired I got back to my roots. I want to share everything my grandfather and father taught me as well as all the small tips and tricks I've learned on my own during my long farming journey. Thank you for trusting me!
