Matthew McClure, MBA, CP-FS is a cannabis consultant and the CEO of Avert Food Safety Advisors, a firm focused on certification, systems development, and training for cannabis companies. He is a lead instructor for the International HACCP Alliance and the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance and is a registered instructor with the National Environmental Health Association.
