Matthew Pope

A Shelby, North Carolina native, Matthew Pope is the Author of 100+ previous books and the Writer of 5,000,000+ published words. Spending his time podcasting, preaching The Word, photographing scenic North Carolina, traveling the state, and indulging in its’ history, Matthew’s passion for the North Carolina Tar Heels is family-related, as is his state pride. Establishing his Library of Benedict collection, the standing library of publications written by his hand under God’s instruction, with paperbacks emerging in 2019 and hardbacks in 2023, his agenda for Writing the Writings of God is ever accomplished. Having been originally christened in 2013, with Four Goals, the ministries of Matthew Pope seek to consistently strive in glorifying God in conversation, service, writing, praying, and in all ways possible. He intends to further The Kingdom of God, relentlessly advancing The Church to the ends of the world: teaching and preaching The Gospel of Salvation. He desires to unite all Christians under the Lordship of Jesus, educating in and promoting ecumenical language, movements, and relationships, encouraging all denominations to come together to exalt The Savior. Finally, Matthew’s inspiration is to be forever an evangelist, through God’s Divine Grace. He currently lives in Wallace, North Carolina and ardently serves as Senior Pastor at Wallace Methodist Church.
