Maurizio Leo is a home baker and the creator of the award-winning sourdough website, The Perfect Loaf, and author of the New York Times Bestselling cookbook, The Perfect Loaf. His articles and recipes on bread baking have appeared on Food52, King Arthur, Edible New Mexico, the Bread Baker's Guild of America, and Bread Magazine.
