Max Barnes

Max Barnes is a long time homesteader who recently began writing about animal care to show other homesteaders that keeping farm animals is not as difficult as it might seem. Livestock are a huge part of his homestead and self-sufficiency goals. Max grows the majority of his own food. Goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, and turkeys supply meat, eggs, and dairy products, while an organic garden and orchard provide vegetables, fruits, and herbs.
