She has developed ways of using Yoga, Pilates, and strength training to improve the well-being of her clients and help them to become healthier and feel their best at any age. Melinda makes it easy to learn any Yoga and Pilates exercise as she is encouraging and patient, using easy-to-understand explanations. She helps people to feel good about themselves and their exercise sessions. Her life purpose is to help people of all ages to learn and practice Yoga and Pilates regardless of any physical limitations they may have. She also instills in them a passion for these disciplines increasing their body-mind connection and leaving them feeling flexible, younger, and more energized. Melinda has worked worldwide (South Africa, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Australia) in health and fitness for more than 30 years.
