Melissa Brewer

Melissa is a pastor’s wife and mom who was born in California, grew up in Colorado, and found Texas as quick as she could. She also spent two years of her life in her early twenties serving at a church in Ireland as a missionary associate through the Assemblies of God fellowship. She was widowed in 2018 at the age of 35, but through her faith in God, has found healing from deep grief, and discovered that there really is beauty in the ashes. Melissa loves all things creative including graphic design and photography. In addition to creating journals, she has a photography business located in the greater Houston area. Melissa’s free time includes watching movies with her family, drinking coffee (lots and lots of coffee), and spending time in nature.
