MichElle Colpo

Michelle Colpo was raised in Hampstead, North Carolina, nurturing a passion for writing that persisted throughout her life. Deciding to follow her dreams, she wrote her first book Girl Gang - a young adult fiction novel - and decided to go back to school to further sharpen her writing and research skills. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's in interdisciplinary studies from the Catholic University of America in 2024. Brimming with excitement from publishing her first book and armed with a diploma, she looks forward to furthering her writing career by delving into the historical fiction genre. She currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with her loving husband, Frankie, and their spunky basset hound, Whisky.
