Michael Crockett (USMC Ret.) served the United States as an enlisted Marine for 23 Years, on numerous deployments around the world, from Fallujah to Okinawa, and on domestic assignments as well. He served in combat as a Marine in the legendary "Fighting" Fifth Marines for nearly a decade, and led units at the Marine Corps Reserve in Seal Beach and Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. He was the Senior Marine Corps Official at the U.S. Embassies in Kathmandu and Berlin, where he oversaw the security of all embassy employees, top-secret information, and taught combat-related techniques to local police forces. On his last assignment, aboard Camp Pendleton, Michael let 150 instructors and 1,200 Marines at the School of Infantry (West) before formally and honorably retiring in 2018. Since transitioning to the private sector, Michael has become head of Business Operations and Leadership Development at High Performanceology, a management consulting firm that implements transformational strategies to help enterprising organizations build aligned and resilient executive and HR teams.
