His first book, Texas Big Bend;A Photographic Adventure document the Big Bend region of Texas including the 850,000 acre Big Bend National Park, Big Bend Ranch State Park, and iconic towns like Terlingua, Marathon, Marfa and Alpine. Over two hundred of Marvins' dramatic photographs capture the essence of this magnificent place that he has explored on foot, horseback and by canoe and kayak on the legendary Rio Grande River.
