Michael Lawson

Born in Buffalo, New York on December 7, 1966 to George and Addie Lawson, Michael is the 4th of what would be five children to the military couple. He grew up in San Diego, California in the neighborhood of Paradise Hills. It was through setbacks, pain and disappointments where he found his passion in serving others. Over the past 10 years he has served in many capacities, as an assistant youth pastor, a minister to those in jail and homeless as well as mentor and coach to teens and young adults. He is well-respected in his community and is always ready to help, encourage and inspire anyone struggling, no matter the issue.
