Michael McLean

Mike McLean has spent his whole career in real estate, starting as a maintenance worker. When he graduated high school, he wanted to get out and start moving. And he did, in a big way. His biggest payoff was liquidating 300 properties in 2005. Currently, he owns about 200 properties, mostly Section 8 rentals in Philadelphia. He is a go-getter who will scrap metal in the morning, work on his houses in the afternoon and write in the evening. He loves making money all those ways, but writing is his secret passion.
