Michele O’Neail lives by Lake Ontario in Toronto, Canada with her two very loveable dogs. Spending time with family while collecting beach glass along the shore is a treasured pastime. She began working on the “Rescue Dog Mysteries “ series after experiencing the joys and challenges of rescuing a tiny Maltese dog named Honey Bea who thrived and became a beloved Therapy Dog. Although some history was uncovered, most of Honey Bea’s past life experiences remained unknown. The "Rescue Dog Mysteries" series, follows a young woman whose friendship with an eccentric blues musician and his rescue dog, takes her life in unexpected directions. Set in the diverse neighbourhoods of Canada's largest city, Toronto, the stories follow characters, both human and animal, who will steal your heart. Michele has recently taken her writing in a new direction with the release of “Conversations on a Red Sand Beach”, a three part short story that explores love and loss from the perspective of two intriguing characters. Michele’s short stories are enjoyed by readers around the world with positive reviews.
