Midge Murphy

Midge Murphy is the first attorney to receive her PhD in energy medicine. She understands both the law and the alternative healing arts, which allows her to lend her expertise as a bridge between the two worlds. She is recognized as a dynamic presenter, teacher, and leading expert on ethics, legal principles, and risk management strategies in the practice of energy healing methods. Midge’s book "Practice Energy Healing in Integrity; the Joy of Offering Your Gifts Legally & Ethically" has been recognized as the gold standard in ethics, legal issues and risk management strategies for practitioners of energy healing methods. She has authored customized online ethics and legal courses for various organizations offering certification and training programs such as The Emotion Code/Body Code, The Practical Path® Matrix Energetics®, Havening Techniques®, Splankna Therapy, the Soul Detective® Method, ACEP, EFT Tapping Training Institute, and Biofield Tuning. Midge also has an energy healing practice for animals and humans. She was first trained in Therapeutic Touch as a hospice volunteer in 1996. In 2007, Midge was initiated as a Reiki Master and in 2010 became a Certified Matrix Energetics® Practitioner. She has studied shamanism for over twenty years and uses shamanic processes in her energy healing work. In 2020 Midge became a Certified Forest Therapy Guide from the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs.
