Mikayla Lane

Mikayla Lane created a new world because she had no other choice. She began building the Valendran world as a child, later fine tuning it into a two-part multi-book series devoured by thousands of readers since her initial self-publication in 2013. Her fifth book, Viper, (Second Wave, Book 1) hit Amazon’s bestseller list in September 2014. Her subsequent novels have each spent time at the top of the charts. Lane enjoys learning about ancient civilizations and religions, outer space, and alien life. In her spare time, she does mosaic tile work and takes care of two large dogs and three cats. Lane makes her home in the southeast United States.
