Mike Allen is President, CEO, and Co-founder of Quantum Realty Group, the parent company of Century 21 Jordan-Link & Company, globally recognized as a Top 25 Century 21 franchise. The company boasts nearly 400 agents across ten offices in Central San Joaquin Valley, California. Additionally, he is the President and Co-Owner of Homes For Rent, Inc., a prominent property management firm specializing in residential and commercial properties in the Central Valley, California. Mike has been a speaker, trainer, and mentor to high-performing salespeople for over twenty years, giving over one thousand presentations and training events in his combined career. Mike released his debut book with Forbes Publishing in 2024, titled “The Quantum Real Estate Agent: The Blueprint for Developing Your Competitive Edge.” This book is a narrative of triumph over adversity and shares Mike’s journey to real estate excellence, born from a life-altering event. Mike describes it as “The book I wish I had read when starting in real estate” Mike is also the creator of training programs, such as The Quantum Real Estate Agent, The Quantum Real Estate Investor, Quantum Time Management, and the popular social media series "Think Tank." Mike is a graduate of Fresno State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on the legal environment of business.
