Mike Vardy

Mike Vardy is a writer, productivity strategist, and the creator of the time management methodology and philosophy known as TimeCrafting. In addition to being the founder and chief writer at Productivityist, he continues to contribute guest articles to several blogs on the topic of productivity, time, and task management, including 99u, The Huffington Post, SUCCESS Magazine, and Lifehacker. He has served as Managing Editor at Lifehack, and as an editor at The Next Web and WorkAwesome. Mike is a renowned speaker and has taught productivity practices on popular online education platforms CreativeLive and Skillshare, where his courses are among the most popular in the business category. He also hosts The Productivityist Podcast, a weekly interview show that examines personal productivity and tactical approaches to work and life. In a “former life” he spent time performing improvisational and sketch comedy, and even took on a few stand-up gigs along the way. He’s a big fan of superhero movies and Green Lantern (although, admittedly, not THAT superhero movie). Mike lives in Victoria, BC, Canada with his amazing wife, daughter, and son.
