I wrote this book because of my passion for education and learning, not only the science of medicine, but the art of it as well. This book took almost three years to write. Being a medical student and resident does not leave a lot of free time. But honestly, writing this book was easy when you have a passion for it. My other passions include playing sports, watching movies, and being with my wife and pets.
