Mittie Hellmich

Mittie Hellmich is the author/mixologist of the "Ultimate Bar Book", a James Beard nominee for best Wine and Spirit book 2008.As the former "Liquid Assets" columnist for The Oregonian, she has also written "Paradise on Ice", and "Sangria" (all from Chronicle Books). Her evocative photography work has also appeared in "Paradise on Ice", "Highballs High Heels", and "Beaches" (from Chronicle Books), as well as "Sail Away" and "Escape" (from Morrow). She currently lives in Santa Barbara, CA.
