Monica Jonsson is a seasoned Master Coach and published author, based in Luxembourg where she has established herself as a pioneer in the field of corporate coaching. After spending years in the telecommunications industry with companies like Telia, Hongkong Telecom, and IBM, she shifted her focus to coaching, inspired by a personal search for greater fulfilment and the recognition of a gap in the market. In 2003, she founded CoachDynamix, Luxembourg’s first coaching practice, at a time when coaching was a relatively unknown concept in the country. Monica works with senior executives and entrepreneurs in the global business community. With more than 90 client companies spanning across a diversity of industries, she has a profound insight into the vast range of issues companies face.
