Her clients are executives and entrepreneurs in the global business community - from over 80 companies spanning a diversity of industries. She is an accredited Master Coach (IAPC&M), has a master’s in NLP and has trained in systemic coaching and constellations, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, group mastery, clean language and transpersonal coaching. She has worked in predominantly international environments in Sweden, Hong Kong and Luxembourg. Prior to becoming a coach, she worked in the mobile telecommunications sector, where her experience covers a variety of areas including strategic consulting, marketing, sales, service development and supplier management. In addition to coaching and running her company, Monica moderates and participates in panel discussions with corporate executives to raise awareness around the importance of leadership, corporate culture and gender balance.
