Monicka Dugger, born to Larry and Darletha Dugger is the middle of three girls.. Growing up in a military family, Monicka experienced the values of discipline, service, and dedication, which her parents instilled. Her father, a committed pastor, and her mother, an intercessor, taught their daughters to pray in every situation, leaving a legacy of faith that Monicka strives to honor daily.
