Professional nature/wildlife photographer based in Jackson, Wyoming; Moose Henderson has been involved in photography for over 50 years. He tried his hand at portrait and wedding photography but found his love of animals quickly overpowered his desire to photograph people. His educational background in science helps him better understand his subjects and predict behavior patterns. He has a B.S. in geology, an M.S. in wildlife biology and he studied winter moose foraging behavior during his PhD. He has extensively photographed animals around North America and spent two years in Siberia photographing wildlife. His images are handled by multiple stock agencies and he has over 11,000 published credits. He has had exhibits in Russia, Kazakhstan and North America. He is a member of Professional Photographers of America, North American Nature Photography Association, and Art Association of Jackson Hole.
