After a first career in recruiting, James moved into startup technology and then events. He joined Mind the Product as an early stage cofounder and as CEO, lead the company to international success & eventual acquisition by a world leading software company. His first book, Meetup to Millions, is the tale of that journey and an actionable blueprint for others to follow. He now leads software startup Rodeo, a business providing modern tooling to enable others who wish to combine events, media and community and build world leading businesses.
