I am a father of two beautiful children, Henry and Salinger and married to my beautiful wife Heather. I am passionate about health, fitness, rock clmbing and eating amazing food. I started the Stoic Dad Daily Instagram account in May of 2024 and wanted to create something that resonated with dads.
