Nicholas Gerasimos Kazonis (he/him) has dedicated over 20 years to teaching private music lessons, working with students across a wide range of ages and skill levels. His experience spans local studios, high schools, college preparatory programs, and collegiate courses. With expertise in guitar, bass, piano, strings, brass, and music production, Nicholas provides comprehensive instruction, specializing in advanced guitar and bass while offering beginner to intermediate lessons for other instruments. Holding a Bachelor of Music in Music Theory and Composition from Columbia College Chicago, Nicholas has also earned multiple certifications from Berklee College of Music online, continually expanding his knowledge and pedagogical techniques. His commitment to education is evident in the development of a children's guitar book, with plans for additional series aimed at inspiring young musicians. Beyond teaching, Nicholas is an active performer and producer. As a member of the touring and recording band Caught On Cline and a solo artist, he has built a dynamic presence in the Greater Chicago music scene. He collaborates with various local artists, producing and recording music that reflects a deep passion for artistic expression.
