Muhammad Javed is the founder of Muslim Launchpad Academy - a training company that empowers Muslims through training and development. He is a certified trainer who has facilitated leadership and professional development workshops including "the Emotional Intelligence for Young Professionals" in Saudi Aramco. He has also had a successful career in Corporate America, working in a couple of Fortune 50 companies as a Business Process Consultant. He has also developed the "360 Degree Youth Leadership Program" (YL360) which is a holistic program aimed at equipping the youth with confidence, identity, and leadership drive to make an impact in their communities. It has been attended by youth across the globe. He has also authored "7 Principles of Effective Communication: Key Strategies from Prophet Muhammad's Life" that is available on Amazon.
