N. (Nicole) Kimball Ostrowski is the award-winning writer and illustrator of SOME DAYS HE GROWLED and A SANTA FOR EVERYONE. She made her picture book debut with I'M PICKLES PINKERTON THE TOAD...APPARENTLY, written for her daughter who loves to catch toads. Nicole is currently working on a humorous series of comic/diary-style books about a seagull and hermit crab who live at the beach, get into shenanigans, and eat too many boardwalk fries (a Gary & Hermie book). The first book, FRIES BEFORE PIES...BUT ALSO DEFINITLY PIES! is scheduled for release in 2025!
