Nathan Evans Jr. is a millennial leader and change agent. He's a first-generation high school and college graduate. Nate is a highly requested inspirational speaker, mental health advocate, life coach, mentor, activist, best-selling author and award-winning personal trainer. His passion to "CHANGE WHAT WE NORMALIZE™" in order to eradicate the stigmas around mental health in African American and under-served communities was inspired by his own battles with mental health issues as a child, teen, and young adult. Between workshops, programs, books, videos, mentorship and speaking engagements, he implements tools to show people how to increase their mental wellness, resilience, and self-efficacy in order to build a life of abundance. Nate presently serves as the Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City. His is also a volunteer for the Covenant House in Atlantic City, and a distinguished alumnus and "Top 4 Under 40" member at Atlantic Cape Community College.
