Nav Jagpal is a British author. Born, raised and educated in west London, he now is currently living in the coastal town of Bournemouth, England. His historical fictional writing draws on his love for storytelling and his experiences growing up in a multicultural environment. Nav's writing has been heavily influenced by authors such as Markus Zusak (The Book Thief), Kristen Hannah (The Nightingale), Matt Haig (The Midnight Library) and Dan Brown (Da Vinci Code) among others, whose ability to craft vivid and emotional narratives has inspired his own work. When he's not busy writing, Nav enjoys staying active with his passion for long walks along the golden beaches near his home and keeping fit. He also finds inspiration for his writing through the arts when travelling to various cities around the world, appreciating global history and other cultures. And finally enjoys nothing better than reading other novels, providing a review on his social media platforms. Nav's unique perspective in his writing shines through in his storytelling, offering readers a fresh and authentic voice in the world of fiction. His work is a reflection of the diverse influences which have shaped him as a person and as a writer. His passion and love of Ukraine also means all his work will be published he hopes in Ukrainian.
