Neil L. Yuzuk

NEIL L. YUZUK was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He spent a career in sales before getting a college degree and becoming a Substance Abuse Prevention and Intervention Specialist for the NYC Board of Education. When he retired, Neil became the author of the Beachside PD book series, writing with his son David A. Yuzuk, a police officer. The sixth novel in the Beachside PD series, “Chasing Shadows,” will be published in the spring of 2022. After being wiped out by Hurricane Sandy, Neil moved to Los Angeles to study screenplay writing. There, helping his son David, he became a writer/producer of the documentary film “Finding Flaherty: The Giant Killer,” Neil also contributed to David’s Amazon bestseller, “The Giant Killer.” During the holiday season of 2021, Neil published an anthology of winter holiday stories called “Holiday Spirits.” The second-holiday anthology of Halloween short stories will be published in September 2022, and a third volume is planned for Valentine’s Day 2023.
