Nicola Imbimbo

Nicola Imbimbo is Global Application Manager of the Elevator & Escalator Business Unit of PRYSMIAN. He began his career in the family business, at the time a FIAM elevators dealer. After graduating in Mechanical Engineering, he worked for several leading global companies involved in the production of wire ropes for lifting and transporting people and goods. He participates in international working groups for technical standardization of the elevator sector and has published numerous articles and given speeches in forums dedicated to vertical transportation. In his spare time, he teaches training courses for the elevator sector as an independent consultant and is active on social platforms where he publishes content related to the elevator and escalator sector. He is the creator of the character “NicTheElevatorGuy” ®.
