Nirmal Raghavan

Nirmal Raghavan is a pharmaceutical researcher from India. He has over ten years of experience in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries with research, synthesis, phytochemical extraction, and quality. By early 2010 his interest shifted to natural cures, and over the years, he explored the relationship between gut microbes and various diseases. He was lucky enough to learn how the ancient Indian seers used specific herbal preparations as media to increase the beneficial microbial counts. In this ‘Ancient cure series,’ he substantiates his findings with contemporary scientific research of gut microbiome and its direct relation to various diseases.
