Nurse Readiness Academy was founded by Taylor Davis, a nurse, author, and entrepreneur with a passion for empowering nursing students to succeed and become leaders in their field. Between nursing school and working in the ICU throughout the pandemic, Taylor understands the stresses new nurses face and how overwhelming the career can seem.
