O. Frank

O. Frank’s full name is Overton Frank Turner. Born 1943 in Neosho, Missouri to a minster in the Army/Air Core, stationed at Fort Crowder during WWII. Mother was a house wife from Haden, Colorado. Started school in 1949 in Denver, Colorado. Fails 1st grade but sent on to second. Then repeats second grade, and sent on to 3rd for 3 times. In 1955 the family moves to the Navajo reservation where Frank starts 1st grade over for one semester, then all learning stops again until the family moves to Tishomingo, Oklahoma in 1958. Frank then starts the 7th grade, passes, and continues on to graduate high school in 1963. He then serves in the U.S.Navy from 1963 to 1967. Marries Joyce Lee Haney of Aurora, Colorado, and starts college at Phillips University in Enid, Oklahoma for a BS in psychology, then moving on to Fort Hays State University for an MS in psychology. Over the years he has worked as a mental health worker, electronics Tech, design engineer, and writer.
